[3.] CPR & EPINEPHRINE 1 mg for 2 Min if Still VT or VF

Shock 200 joules

[4.] CPR & AMIODARONE 300 mg for 2 Min if Still VT or VF

Shock 200 joules

[5.] CPR & EPINEPHRINE 1 mg for 2 Min if Still VT or VF

Shock 200 joules

[6.] CPR & AMIODARONE 150 mg for 2 Min if Still VT or VF

Shock 200 joules

[7.] CPR & EPINEPHRINE 1 mg for 2 Min if Still VT or VF

Shock 200 joules

[8.] CPR & AMIODARONE infusion 1 mg/min
